At BORNTOSTANDOUT_GLOBAL, we strive for complete satisfaction with every purchase; however, if you are not entirely pleased, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact to qualify for a refund.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging and include the printed return authorization form inside the box.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
